Melanie has been a dedicated member of the management team at Canterbury Road Day Nursery since 2012 and has over 15 years childcare experience.
Melanie is committed to her professional development and holds a First Class BA Hons in Early Education, alongside a Diploma in Business.
Melanie is passionate about coaching and mentoring her team to reach their full potential, encouraging continuous professional development and supporting each team member to be the best they can be.
Melanie encourages her team to strive for excellence each day, in order to provide exceptional care to every family who pass through the door.
Dionne
Deputy Manager
Dionne is a highly committed and motivated early years professional and a mum to three beautiful little girls.
Dionne initially joined the Canterbury Road Team in 2015 and has effectively run our two amazing baby rooms to an exceptional standard. With a First Class BA Hons in Early Years and a desire to provide all children with the best possible care, Dionne is a great support as assistant manager.
Dionne is also the Family Coordinator at Canterbury Road and is passionate about delivering our family Focussed ethos, through involving our families in all we do here at nursery.
