Leadership and Management Training

Here at Canterbury Road, we are extremely fortunate to have a committed and passionate senior team, who are motivated to attend CPD sessions to improve outcomes for all children and families.

During today’s Leadership and Management training, we focused on our ensuring all senior staff members have a clear and ambitious vision for providing high-quality early education for all children within the setting. We looked at the role of a leader, and for us, that is someone who is visionary, motivational, and a coach and mentor to their team!

It is the role of our Room Leaders and Senior Practitioners to improve upon the knowledge and skills of their team members and to ensure meaningful interactions and engagement take place at all times within their rooms.

We are confident that this evening’s training will only strengthen the knowledge and practice of our already fantastic senior team
